Nick Catricala

My name is Nick Catricala an early retired bus driver, originally from Italy and for most of my adult life, since 1964 anyway, resided in Canada in and around the Toronto area. Have been married once for 19 years till 1987 when we divorced. I am a proud father of Mimmo and Tony, (both married with happy families of their own) and have 5 wonderful grandchildren’s. Have been enjoying the noble, healthy, compassionate and rewarding Vegetarian (eventually turned 100% Vegan) lifestyle that I have chosen more then 13 years a go for health reasons or I should correct my self, forced to adopt it, because I had no other choices if I wanted to survive, be with my kids and thrive.
That come about after some doctors suspected multiple myeloma (a form of cancer) was the reason of a health challenge that was not going way, actually with medications prescribed, it was getting worse and worse till finally getting the message that adopting a 100% vegetarian diet would be best for my total wellbeing. Health reasons was what initially led me to that direction, but eventually the reason become more and more because of compassion and spiritual growth. That direction saved my life and it become the main focus in my lifetime and it remains the same at an even stronger focus today.
For me, a noble lifestyle include adopting a 100% vegetarian diet in my life, no smoking, no alcohol beverages, no meat, fish, eggs or any other animal products of any kind and/or form.
My awaking time here on earth is divided by spending enough time on meditation practice (the Quan Yin Method), taking care of my health (optimum health now) with God Guidance, spend quality time with my kids and grandkids, look after the place I live and the environment surrounding it, the best way I know how and building my successful home-based businesses focusing on specific niches that I feel comfortable with such as Diet, Health and Lifestyle, Financial Freedom and Prosperity, and of course, Spirituality...
I love to go away on national and international holidays and spend time exploring new places, cultures, customs and what ever else may be come-up as interesting, when arrived at particular locations. So far have lived and travelled in many regions of Italy; Lived, worked and travelled in Germany, in Canada. Travelled many USA states, lived in Hawaii for five months; Meditation retreats in Korea, Taiwan, France and Thailand where I lived fro more then 4 months off a island (Kosumui), and now preparing for the… next trip, where? I do not know yet :-)
Back in the seventies and eighties, I become an avid reader (never before I really liked reading since I did not know that reading non-fiction book was not for me, so as soon as I discovered the opposite, reading mostly personal development, I discovered that NON_ FICTION books where perfect for me and so I dived into it and read many hundreds in the period of 5-6 years...
However, since life is in constant change, directions change and so mine... before being introduced to the home based business world, network marketing concept in particular, I never really knew how much important personal development would impact my life.
Frankly, to say it bluntly I could not get enough of it, and since then (probably 1978-79) I have been always on the look out for learning and sharing.
Have read many books and anything else in printed form and collected some books, too many to mention here, but you are invited to see my personal library collection when ever you are around my place (just call me first ha-ha:-). Hang on… because I am not finished yet, for me personal development started at my younger age of 12 after the death of my father, back in 1958, I had to learn survival skills and guess they where useful since they assisted me to make it so far :-).
Personal development have been as constant as time, and most of it, the time has been an enjoyable part of my life… especially because of some of the knowledge that I was exposed in the early book readings... that part lead me to really understand what personal development was all about and eventually it was translated in getting interested to attend or acquiring hundreds if not thousand, of personal development programs, seminars, workshops and courses that, in my humble opinion, literally changed my life for the better.

Along the process of improving my life, what I found out was that most importantly it paved the way to many different avenues that I could never dreamed to reach, including the one I am fully embarked at this moment in life.
Yes, yes, yes I also did the traditional thing that everyone tells you to do when you were younger. I went to school (I did not like how and what teachers wanted me to learn), but eventually finished the agony, got into a trade and then even began working for a living (finally start to get paid regular wages) at a young age of 17. Got a good job right after finishing grade 8 and completing an additional 2 years of schooling and training, with a large automotive parts manufacturer in Germany and actually I was making decent money and enjoyed (at least part of the time) what I was doing.
However, my mother wanted us to emigrate to Canada in 1964 and so I had to quit and move… that is the time when I can truly say that I wasn't completely satisfied with anything around me and always thought I could do more for my self and my family and so that made me going from a job to another till the year 2000, it was then that I finally had the opportunity to retired (early) and start pursuing the new avenue of doing what pleased me most and home based business excited me a lot, including network marketing (direct marketing) since that proved to be the most uplifting and rewarding opportunity to share products, services, lifelong education and experiences, challenges, accomplishments and personal improvement highlights.
I love sharing and have started sharing from a long time ago with people I meet and with that started life changing and life long friendships and relationships that keep’s me motivate and excited about the new opportunities to improve that is awaiting ahead and look forward to getting to know each and everyone as we walk along the path of life here on earth.
