About Me
Nice to be able to talk to like minded people, seriously, it feels good. Probably not the best form to start right in with a question, but I think that it's an important one in this case. “Wouldn't it be great to master the combined arts of Network Marketing and SMM (Social Media Marketing) so you can build powerful, very meaningful relationships that enhance your life and theirs as we expand our circles of influence globally? Of course it would. The next question is, is it possible? Yes it is, and my thought is it's most likely why you landed here. It's also why I am a member of this association.
The Association of Better Networkers is to Internet Network Marketing professionals what NAR is to professional Realtors. Network Marketing and Social Media are two of the most powerful platforms available today in the new paradigm of virtual global office space. They fit together like peace and harmony and the lines are blurring so quickly is as though it was built from the ground up that way. If you have not had the opportunity to keep informed, this is where the some of the highest paid Entrepreneurs in the world are showing up to work every day and it keeps getting better.
The Association of Better Networkers is an outstanding platform that is helping elevate this profession to new highs. ABN will raise the consciousness of our peers and more importantly, people who have yet to consider a career in the industry. The learning platform here is unparalleled in so many ways. Needless to say, it's important to have a place where the skills to function at high levels in the business can be presented and learned in a non-confrontational environment. I see no better way to communicate 'White Hat' practices industry wide while seamlessly providing orientation for new members with complete transparency, it's brilliant...
I have a feeling there is a group of very successful, very humble Entrepreneurs responsible for developing ABN as directed by 'Jason Better' who have done a pretty good job of remaining nameless. In any case, I would like to thank them for a job well done and for providing the profession of Network Marketing a collective voice. ABN makes it easy for me, and so many others like me, to be of service to the community at large. ABN makes it possible for each of us individually to have our own voice within the community, as well as the opportunity to grow with, and for the Association collectively.
While Social Media Biz Dev is being embraced by the world, it's clear that we need qualified people to demystify the platform, clearly, we need teachers and consultants on an immediate basis. Not unlike many other business, the technology changes so fast that by the time the manuals are printed the technology has already changed, making this very hard to learn in school. Never-the-less, Network Marketing is becoming an acceptable business major in colleges and universities everywhere. However, there are still very few places to learn the business model properly, so what are you supposed to do? You join ABN, find the right team to work with in the right company, and earn while you learn from qualified professionals, make sense?
Let me take a moment to share a little bit about me. I attended college and I studied business and technology, while I learn a lot, I did not complete my degree. I met my wife and decided that it was time to get married and have a family and that's what I did. My neighbor at the time Larry, had a little bit to do with that. Larry had all of the toys a guy could want, not to mention he was a really cool guy. He had dirt bikes, boats and dune buggies and plenty of money to go out and enjoy them. This was appealing to me since I had been racing motocross for well over thirteen years at that time.
Larry ran a tile company and it was pretty clear the tile business was a lucrative business. I asked him to teach me the craft, he hired me as an apprentice and as I continued to learn the skills, I became a Journeyman Tile Layer and began to teach and train new apprentices for our company. So, with my new job, I set off to raise a family knowing that I could make more than enough to have a good life. Life was good and I developed a very good relationship with my boss, in fact, he bought a brand new Yamaha 125, took it down the one of the best track mechanics in town and had him put every race ready add on he could buy on it, and paid for me to race motocross all over Southern California, did I mention he was a really cool guy?
I later applied for a California Contractors License and started my own business which I ran for nearly ten years. When the economy slowed I very reluctantly (I don't give up easily) headed for Corporate America and landed a job with the Perrier Group of America. PGA provided me with one of the finest sales training programs available any where and a very consistent wage.
After a little more than five years, the Entrepreneur in me got the better of me and I found myself chasing the dot com boom hard, wow, what a blur! I worked my way through 4 technology companies in 5 years, all of them out of business, through boom and onto the bust. It seems like I didn't see Christmas at the same company since the day I started down the path to digital prosperity. During that time I worked with some of the best minds in marketing and technology, including some of the best developers and network marketing company owners, making my journey rich and rewarding on so many levels. The fact is; I have worked in the corporate offices of three different Network Marketing companies. I have a comfort with the industry and the technology that runs it, that enables me to embrace it and share it, in a way the enables people.
I am the founder of iBusiness Major 3.0. A virtual company devoted to demystifying Network Marketing and Social Media technology. There has never been a better time to build a Network Marketing business, all of the economic indicators are screaming, “Just Do It.” Seriously, if you want proof, just look around you and ask yourself, where's the example to follow? The banking industry? Wall Street? How about we look to the government, there's no corruption there, is there? How about turning to the government for some new jobs, and some kind of personal security, I don't think so. Clearly, no business model is perfect, and very clearly Network Marketing has been over looked by far to many, for far to long, seriously...
Cheers,
Joe Cardilino
