My no. 1 interest is teambuilding, helping others to feel and get more happiness in their lives. Make everyone believe in themselves. There are NO problems whatsoever in our lives, only obstacles/challenges. Collecting coins (numismatic).
Activities:
My no. 1 activity (except from my family!!) is rifle shooting. LOVE it as it is my great challenge and recreation to get my batteries fully loaded again. Do like nature.

About Me
I was born in Gjovik, Norway in 1956. After 10 years in school, I worked one year in mountain hotel. Then I joined the Infantry, starting my military career in Officers School in 1974. Become a full time officer in 1979. Resigned in December 2000. During these years I learned leadership and teaching and I loved to be able to do this. I have decided that I want to continue to do this full time by helping others becoming successful as a leader as well. No 1 for me is HAPPINESS. This is the main goal to teach others. NO MATTER WHAT KIND OF EDUCATION OR WORK YOU HAVE, HAPPINESS IS THE MAIN THING! Happiness is the key to SUCCESS! IF YOU LOVE WHAT YOU ARE DOING, YOU ARE ON THE RIGHT PATH TO SUCCESS! I don`t have any kind of "problems" in my life. I have only obstacles, like everyone else and I LOVE THEM! All my obstacles are challenges and I LOVE to find solutions to make them disappear! Every single obstacle/challenge I find a solution for, gives me a new success! Be positive and result-oriented!!:-)Ingar
