Teresa Wilson

Teresa Wilson has worked along side her husband, John,who has been involved with real estate for the past 24 years. They started with buying rentals and painting old Victorian homes which later evolved into buying and restoring homes.  Other careers have included owning a retail craft store and wholesaling to 300 stores, 2 hair salons( side note: It's easier to  deal with construction workers than tempormental hairstylists.  Just because a business makes money doesn't mean it is a good fit for you.)and  she is currently working on an invention for the hair industry.  4 years ago she became involved with a network marketing business for the residual income opportunity.  In '04-'06 their construction company bought, fixed up and flipped a total of 160 houses!  Due to the collapse of the sub-prime market, '07 was a devasting year for the housing market. But in '08 they found a way to turn it around and they are willing to share their secrets of success with you and show you how real estate can work for you.
