Hello, My name is Isobel Akehurst and I decided to become a "better networker" by taking my mlm business model online using attraction based strategies.  This concept alone has opened up a whole new world of entrepreneurial possibilities for me and my business and has allowed me to change my mindset and behaviour to broaden my concepts of how my business can work for me as a working system that empowers and mentors individuals to give back to others what they learn and master. 

Currently, I reside in Perth, Western Australia, have two great healthy kids aged 17 and 7!  Age gap phenomenal I agree.  Magnetic Sponsoring and the Renegade University Professional systems have been the best thing I stumbled upon on the Internet about a year ago and the training involved in these two platforms has stared me in many directions to take myself to new levels of learning.  It is fun times and I am literally a sponge for creating my intentions, purpose, aims, dreams, visions, desires and hope in my life and in my family's.   I stay on track because I am constantly looking at my reason why I am doing this.

I believe that learning occurs when there is a behavioural change otherwise one will go back to their old habits.  When you learn new skills, you master new skills which gives you an increase in your performance.  You have to have a belief that you already know.    You also need to be conscious of your WHY.  "Why am I doing what I am doing?"  Not just on a superficial level, like you need to make money to pay for your mortgage but on a deeper level.  Perhaps you've always wanted to develop a level of confidence, perhaps you've wanted to achieve something in your life but were always told you couldn't.

I decided to assist people coming to Magnetic Sponsoring to implement the magnificent ideas and strategies available to them and implement them in their business and their lives that will help them grow and pay it forward.  Everybody on this platform is a silver platter of thoughts and ideas and willing to share and give away their trials and tribulations of becoming a successful mentor and business person.
