I live in Texas with my husband, Doug, and our dog, Dakota.  We have 3 boys between us (actually young men) and 4 grandsons!  (I'm feeling a bit outnumbered by the male species!)  My husband and I love to hike and spend time in the mountains - our favorite being the Smoky Mountains! 

After 20 years of owning my own business as a freelance court reporter, I decided to change gears and became involved in the field of health and wellness.  I have been a therapeutic massage therapist for 10 years and in that regard I teach others about taking care of their health and being proactive in their choices in their pursuit of health and wellness.  I believe pharmaceuticals are a last resort choice, and I educate others about how to use natural products, such as therapeutic-grade essential oils, as well as qigong, tai chi, yoga, CranioSacral therapy, structural bodywork, and other modalities to support their body's ability to heal itself.  Everyone responds differently, and I focus on helping people find what works for them.
