I am a person that is deeply committed to personal freedom. I started my working life as a policewoman, but couldn’t stand being part of an institution. and all the red tape that this involved. I made my way, eventually, into sales, where I discovered a knack for getting the best out of people, and building rapport with difficult eccentric customers and which I actually greatly enjoyed. I love slightly off the wall people, maybe because I am one!

I gave up my 9 – 5 career in 1995. I was a very successful sales representative, for fifteen years, travelling 40,000 miles a year in my last job. I wasn’t a stereotypical sales representative. I built my success on establishing relationships with my prospects and clients, and they {told me that they} bought from me, not from the company. If I left a company, the client stopped buying, because they couldn’t bear dealing with the superficiality of a typical sales representative. This, I now realise, was an extremely important aspect of success. It’s only taken me thirty years to work that out!! Der!!

In May 1995, my world collapsed, and I had a breakdown, which lasted around two years. I took three months sick off work and then handed in my notice. I could no longer waste my life away travelling up and down the motorway. I gave up a good salary, bonuses, top-notch company car and all the other perks, and set upon – what turned out to be a rather long journey. I had to find out what it was that I DID want to do. To date, I have done a lot of things in the pursuit of my dreams of fulfilment.

Self employment began as a dog groomer – yes really, of all things! I love dogs and have a knack with them, and it was a way of being able to switch off mentally for a few years. Eventually I got tired of flea ridden dirty dogs, and retrained as a web designer in 2000. I have done this ever since, on and off, and still take on clients today. I love the creativity of it and right now I am learning – full on - about social media, in order to help my own business, and also build the businesses of my clients and downlines in the future.

And I have done a lot more study that didn’t involve qualification, mostly involving study of the brain and how it dictates our life experiences with its ingrained beliefs. In the end, this is what is really helping me.

I have come to see, through my coaching and teaching, that the majority of people are held back by their beliefs, and also by either fear of failure or fear of success. In MLM this is a biggy, and is the reason that 93% of people never follow through. They may not have found the right company, or within that company they may not have the right support from their leader. This is – oh my god – absolutely vital to your success. If, like me, you are an ordinary, everyday person, struggling to get to where you want to be, then without support, you are doomed, and I say that from a good place in my heart.

I am like you, an ordinary person, aiming to be extraordinary, and to fulfill the dreams that I have off freedom and abundance at every level.
