Jane Neal

20+ years Sr. Human Resources Director for a large healthcare network encompassing 5 hospitals, 10,000 employee+ population. Most of those years spent leading a very talented and professional compensation and benefits team. Also Directed the Employee Services division and developed/implemented many training classes for our managers/directors regarding HR Management issues including my "Leading People, Managing Processes" series, "It's the Law" series, and my "The Lifecycle of the Employee" series.   Also, Formal Theology Teacher for a total of 5+ years, Business Teacher for 2+ years. In addition to my many years teaching Sunday School.

 I have three very athletic teenage sons, one going off to college this coming Fall (2009), and twin 17 year olds.  (My auto insurance is frightening!! Ha!)  My sons, my mom and I are very close.  My dad passed away just last year and is greatly missed by us all.  I am involved in my church, and my sons' many sports activities.  I am energetic, like to laugh a lot, and generally make others at least smile from time to time.  I am a huge college & NBA fan, and am sad that LeBron couldn't pull off a conference championship for the Cavs this year and take it all the way.  However,  there is a new season coming up!  While I loved my previous jobs, and was quite successful at them,  I am very excited to be working at home and am focused on continuing to build our future from here.

I am now running my own business so that I may stay home for my sons and actually FIND those clean T-shirts, socks, bats, cleats, rackets and uniforms the boys can't seem to ever locate! Ha!
