Welcome to BetterNetworker! My name is Janet Hanson. I have been blessed with a wonderful husband and family. I love to spend time with them. I also love to scrapbook, walk, sing, and stay healthy and active as I enjoy God's creation.

Several years ago, as I was coming closer to the big "50", I took stock of my life. I was working at a job that had no room for upward gain. I wanted more time with my family. I thought about returning to school to get a better pay grade but the thought of a school loan and then needing to move to a larger city was not something I wanted to do. So I joined a Network Marketing / MLM company.

I started in Network Marketing full of joy and enthusiasm. I did exactly what my upline told me to do: BUY LEADS. I bought thousands of leads and then spent every free minute calling them. Most were just “tire kickers.” Whenever I would get discouraged, I was told that MLM is “just a NUMBERS GAME.” I was told to continue buying leads and sooner or later I would find someone who would duplicate my efforts.

After two years of this I was in debt, frustrated, discouraged and ready to QUIT.
