Interests
I am a student of life, interested in just about everything. I love watching the Discovery network of stations, learning about membrane theory and how to catch a scooter that is launched off the top of a building. CNBC has fascinating specials on topics like American Airlines and General Motors.
Activities:
I enjoy playing volleyball, when I get the chance to. Traveling is my passion. I love dropping everything and just going somewhere on a whim. Walking up to the ticket counter at the airport and saying, "I need a ticket to...where do you think I should go today?" and then going to that destination.

Ray Kurzweil, Fyodor Dostoevsky, Stephen King, Neil Straus, Jimmy Buffet, Leo Tolstoy, Homer, John Perkins, Greg Isles, and a few others I just can't think of right now

About Me
Born in southwestern Colorado. Spent his early years in Colorado Springs, CO. Moved to Phoenix, AZ at the tender age of 5. His first experience with the heat was trying to walk to the pool with no shoes on the scalding hot concrete. Needless to say, he learned a valuable lesson that day. Always be prepared for the environment you are entering.
I played the 2 of the big 3 sports in America (basketball and baseball) throughout my childhood. I was quick. I was agressive. I was usually one of the smallest players on the court. But that didn't stop me from pushing hard and winning.
I worked hard throughout high school, but enjoyed my time just as much. I changed sports entirely, deciding volleyball was a) more fun and b) chicks dug it. Both, it turned out, were true. We came so close to a state title. But alas, it was not meant to be. I was devastated, but only for a moment. My team had pushed hard and gave their all. It was a second place that I didn't mind having.
Off to college I went, studying tourism and business management. And after a few semesters, I'd had enough. I spent the next 5 years traveling up and down the west coast, from Vancouver to Cabo, and into parts of the east. I got to meet a lot of great people. Met a few not so great people.
Which now leads me to the now. Where will I go next?
