Greetings one and all fellow NetWORK Marketers! :-)

What a great industry to be involved in don't you agree?  For me, it's been 15 years of a great run learning, growing, meeting some wonderful people and in the process adding some terrific new friends!

Probably like many of you here it's been a journey fraught with pitfalls of being a "newbie" to elation and growth along the way.  And with time I've been fortunate to have enjoyed some good success financially and in my personal life.  From the early days with a soon defunct mailing program, to Omnitrition and the fiasco that ensued there with the original partners, to Usana and achieving recognition as a Gold Director a member of the corporate training team, a brief stint with ForMor (that original comp plan was the hook! :->), followed by Isagenix.

Usana and Isagenix- what great product lines!  Without a doubt, this industry has some of the most incredible products especially in the nutrition area.

Over these years, I've come to understand the proper mix of product, comp plan, leadership and management that must all be there and in proper balance in order to achieve maximum financial and personal success long term.  The not so nice side of our industry offers up "quick fixes", promises of instant financial success, the oft touted "We do all the work! We'll build your down line for you!!" and other such nonsense!  I'm always amazed that people buy into this crap.  What that tells you, is that this industry is a microcosm of society as a whole.  In or outside of the industry, there are and will always be the scammers and "fast buck" con-artist types preying on the unsuspecting.  That people don't do the due diligence and with little forethought just jump right in is amazing!

This is such a short life- shorter with every passing year. We should live it with integrity and quality in our personal, physical/health and financial decisions. And in fact we must if we truly want to embrace all the wonderful aspects of this journey. Success on all levels must have the hallmark of an
“others centered” life and especially if one is to enjoy tremendous success in NetWORK Marketing!
