Magnetic Marketing”

It's a method I apply using the internet and other free social networking
phenomena, otherwise known as Web2.0 to expand and enhance my business attracting traffic and leads to me. My name is Jeri Hemerlein, I’m a 52 year
old Alternative Health Care Practitioner the kind that use their hands to
"heal", the kind that hear, feel and see all sorts of “woo- woo stuff.”
I own a company that offers a line of Nature Essences called Heirloom Remedies.

It all started after too many grueling, fret
filled months of working really hard; being older and not technically inclined
it took practically a year to get my website up! Halleluiah!!! I had eagerly waited
for this day, I thought I could then sit back and people would find me, seeking out my product and I'd be doing lots of business. I was under the misperception that a website in and of
itself would draw many clients to me from around the world.

I have an extremely small niche in an already extremely
small niche, I'm a micro niche!…….so I need to reach folks around the world not
just in my neighborhood………well my brand new, shiny site just sat there in the
ethers………just kind of hanging around like a storm cloud over a picnic,
threatening but not doing much of anything, not coming or going just
sitting……..so what was wrong???

This isn't the way it's supposed to work…..so I set
out to find out all I could about how to utilize this wonderful new frontier
and invisible energy web that's called the internet. I knew this was the
vehicle for my business, it uses similar principles that I employ for clients
during an Energy Balancing Session, it's on an energy level that's most
often not seen, heard or felt during the "process"……just like the
internet…..it goes thru the "air" somehow…..till you experience the
end result.

Somehow, I tease Dennis Karganilla that it was Divine
Intervention that directed me to his call, except I’m not kidding; anyway
somehow I landed at a “free tele-seminar” with a bunch of MLM business folks.

I
was like what the ????? What am I doing here? A duck out of water who
doesn’t understand MLM lingo I listened and something
struck a cord deep inside and I continued to listen and learn. Perhaps even
more importantly I learned to listen to Guidance, even if I don’t understand
things at the time………to listen to that gut feeling we all have and to honor it
no matter how it may look at the time….no matter how crazy it may seem.

What happened is I found a wonderful way to accomplish
getting myself and my site recognized by Google and other search engines,
climbing up the ranks and pages for free!! And quickly!! Since I’ve
incorporated the things I’ve learned, I've
been approached to be interviewed by 2 different radio shows, and I'm in
negotiations to direct a new internet based "Green Enterprise" on the
ground floor (a cause close to my heart but more on that as it
progresses)………..I want to share some of
it with you.

Now remember, I'm just a little heart filled business based
out of my office in Columbia, MD, not an MLM…. but I'm smart, willing to learn
and open to new things and I’m using
principles a lot of MLM's are now
beginning to find extremely profitable….. for my non-MLM business.

My mentor coined it My Story Marketing……… that's exactly
what it is……..sharing yourself in a genuine and honest way on
"MySpace", "YouTube", Blogs, any Web2.0 vehicle for
networking, like this site. We all have something to contribute, we just need
to find the right people to share it with, who can benefit from what we
uniquely have to offer.

The idea is to let others get to
know YOU………..let them find YOU……so there's no hounding, or lists to buy, words
to bid for, spam to send, no clicking and paying, ….didn't I learn a lot??………
You must sincerely and emotionally give of yourself so other people can relate
to you, warts and all, building genuine relationships all the while uncovering
and discovering THEIR goals and dreams and helping THEM.

And it ends up being word of mouth, the absolute best and
most valuable resource, more importantly you stay genuine and real to who you
are…..you don't become another regurgitated clone. You learn to brand naturally and effectively market YOURSELF resulting in
traffic, leads and prospects. And the icing on the cake? ……I almost hate
to use the word "free" since that word has been so overused, but honestly it's yours for
free, custom tailored to you, there are no leads or lists to buy.

Another
little known secret that's free and is perhaps the most important thing the
glue if you will, is "how" you do it……..what is your vision and the feeling
you're holding when telling about yourself and when you visualize your future? Remember,
the future is now, there really is no future, as soon as you think it, it
becomes the past……..so how you feel about things is really, really, really
important……..every thought is creative, before you do anything you think
it? Right? So its important how and what you think and dream about. That's when
a significant and over looked law of the universe, the Law of Attraction kicks
in…and this is paramount to what the results will be for YOU.
