Greetings from Jessa York in Calgary Alberta;

Well, my biography.  That is a story and a half.

First, grew up in the hotel business where my parents ran a small town hotel for 37 years.  I was the oldest of 4 kids and my father absolutely did not want his kids to smoke.  My parents did not smoke but lived with it everyday in the hotel.

At age 11....my sister and I had two girlfriends that lived on the farm and their dad still had 4 big heavy horses that he still farmed with. We were like the 4 muskateers, riding those horses everyday till Joe ( their father) told my father he had to buy us a horse because we were playing his horses out so much they couldn't work.

So my dad sat my sister and I down and told us he would buy us a horse, on one condition.  That if he ever caught us smoking, he would sell the horse. Well, one $75 horse led to six. We learned, hardwork, responsibilty, committment and self sacrifice. Today, my sister and I are grandmothers and we never did  buckle to preer pressure because we loved our horses so much. We are so thankful to our father for recognizing that a positive goal was better than threats. As of today, we still don't smoke and either do our adult children. 

My father drove my sister and I  to the local riding club every sunday to compete in barrel racing, pole bending, and a variety on horse events. At age 15, I became the provincial barrel racing champion for 3 years. .

Then after high school, I went to work for the bank for 2 years, got married to a dairy farmer.  At the same time still worked in the local credit union as assisstant manager, all the while raising kids, horses, cows etc etc.

My horse experiences led me to meeting various people and as a result of my volunteering with the National Arabian Horse Show, got offered a job with tourism.

Around the same time, I got involved with network marketing and didn't have a clue what I was doing.  But I was coachable and went to the meetings and learned more.  Then I started to take some courses on personal development and within a year partime, replaced my bosses income at tourism.

I was sold on the concept of leverage and residual income. The original company ( with I have been with for19 years) only had one product so within 3 years I added another company whose products did not conflict with the first one.  And I made money again, and also earned many paid vacations.

Well, times change and I eventually sold the second company.

Now, over the years I now have studied more personal development with Tad James Hawaii ( NLP), Jim Rohn, Bob Proctor, and 2 years with T Harv Ecker of Peak Potentials.

As a direct result of our Warrior and Wizard training, my husband and I purchased 35 acres of oceanview property in Costa Rica in 2005.  We have divided the land into 38 residental lots that are now for sale.
