I've been a full time real estate investor for over two years now.  Time sure flies when you're having fun.  Even though the last year has been a little tough with the all the mortgage crap,  I've been able to hang on pretty well.  Fortunately I had income producers to help with my cash flow.  But, like in any business there's always a need for more.  That's why I'm here now.  I am now learning to market online. I have found an opportunity to get a financial education while increasing my cash flow.  A perfect fit for my real estate business!
