About Me

Did you ever hear the joke about the definition of stupidity? It’s doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. Except it’s not a joke. That really is the definition of stupidity. And I know, because I was living it. Is this what you find happening in your own life? Do you get up every day, go to work, come home, eat dinner, go to bed and do it all again tomorrow, hating every minute of it but never doing what’s needed to snap out of it?

You’re not stupid. And you’re not alone. One More “SHOCKER”… It’s not your fault! Because nobody ever showed you how your life could be different. Someone showed me, took me by the hand and guided me. That’s how I learned…and it would not have happened without him. I learned how important it was to have a coach.

My name is John Heerhold and I live in the Chicago area. I am married to my beautiful wife Mary and we have 3 wonderful children. I have a 17 year background in the corporate sales world.

When I was 37 I received a phone call from a guy who was my age and retired and a millionaire. What appealed to me was not his money as much as his lifestyle. You see I was burned out and frustrated because I would leave for work at six or six-thirty in the morning and sometimes not get home till six-thirty or seven o’clock at night. I felt like a hamster in the wheel. I had no time with my family. Even though I made real good money I kept saying to myself there has to be more to life than just this. So I was very open minded when I received the call. Little did I know the direction my life would go after that call. I never imagined myself doing something like I am doing, but I also never imagined the lifestyle I currently get to live.
