Oxnard resident Jorge Gonzalez is creating his success story in implementing lessons learned in the corporate world of overcoming obstacles via hard work and maximizing his own inner creative skills that includes success as an inventor. "I went straight into the business world after high school and landed a job in the video production industry," said Gonzales, "and built up a resume that included mid level management roles but becoming a part of the job market meltdown in 2008 was a definite life changing event as I took advantage of the situation to coach my daughter's softball team and that venture resulted in my idea of inventing a batting machine which will be on the marketplace starting in 2010 and to supplement my income I did my homework and saw the massive growth the Personal Development Industry was experiencing and thru proper contacts I was able to move forward and now have a business model that is creating long term financial security for myself and daughter.
