Josh Lacy

I was born on October 14, 1980 in Poplar Bluff, Missouri and grew up in several small towns in Southeast Missouri until I reached the 5th grade and found my home in Dexter, MO. There I was an average child and found my thrills in sports (football, wrestling, and track) I excelled in all sports and made life long friends. Though, I wasn't the perfect child and was very mischievous and got into a bit of trouble and childhood fights I knew I wanted more out of life and due to my families low income I could not afford to go to college and enlisted in the U.S Navy. There I also excelled and became my division leader at only 18 years old. I then got stationed in Norfolk, VA on the aircraft carrier USS THEODORE ROOSEVELT. There I became a Search and Rescue swimmer and a mechanic on hydraulic weapons elevators. I did a tour in Afghanistan and Iraq (we were the first to deploy to both locations) Simply put... I went in a boy and came out a man.

After my honorable discharge I returned to my hometown of Dexter, MO and became a corrections officer with the State of Missouri. I spent over 4 and a half years working in maximum security prison where I also excelled and became a member of the Emergency Squad (E-Squad) which is a group of specially trained officers to deal with the most dangerous situations throughout the state.

In March of 2008 I was given the opportunity to work as a Deputy Juvenile Officer, which was my dream job. Due to my past experience as not only a "Bad Kid" military and law enforcement background I was able to connect and help troubled children and families which is more rewarding than anything I have ever done.

Then I unfortunately lost my job, due to state budget cuts! Which I'm sure many can relate to. This was no fault of mine or my employer... It just happened and that's when I was lower than I have ever been. I had to move out of my home and move in with friends and family on numerous occasions and could not find a job.

That's when I found XOWii and took matters into my own hands. I had never even heard of network marketing before and was approached by my younger brother about it. We researched and researched (other companies, anything negative that we could find) but we seen no flaws, only potential and became Independent Distributors. Since then I have met the most extraordinary people, mentors, and business partners. And am so happy to say that I made the right choice and I am the founding Xowii Distributor in Missouri and am not only building my own home based business (with success) I have also gained the knowledge to help others do the same.

If you have read all of this, you can see that I am just an average guy, just like the majority of people in the world. My message to you is simple: If I can do this, you can do this! But the best part about it, I will show you step by step by step on how easy this is and how you can do it to.
