About Me
I've always been an entrepreneur at heart. Out of the 20 plus years I've been in the workforce I've owned my own business for 20 of those years. I started out in corporate America and realized I wanted to control my own destiny and stop being the leverage that others were using to make themselves rich. I've owned a real estate brokerage and most recently I am the owner of a marketing and branding solutions company. About 3 months ago I said to my wife that I was essentially screwed. I am currently awaiting a kidney transplant and am on dialysis 3 days a week. I realized that if anything were to happen to me, I had nothing to leave to my wife and 5 children. If I go in for a transplant, what income I am bringing in comes to a screeching halt. I needed to find something that would allow me to create leverage and a recurring income stream. I knew what that meant and I didn't even want to go down that road; yes, network marketing. I started doing my homework and the search began. I was at a meeting and heard something that changed my whole line of thinking. The presenter said, "Look, this isn't about you. It's about something that's happening whether you do anything with this or not. These products are unique and proprietary and last year's growth is off the charts...The toughest person you will have to recruit is yourself." It was then that I realized that I needed this more than they needed me. So I got in and went to work. And this is work and that's okay, because I've been working very hard for over 20 years. I now know that in ten years I will have something to show for all the hard work I'm putting in. I have been a diabetic for 43 years since the age of 5 and I have had kidney failure, cancer, open heart surgery and I consider all these trials a blessing. I have learned that only quitters lose and I refuse to lose. I am a religious father of five and love my wife and children dearly. I love this country of ours, America. I love to work with other people and love to help others become better and realize their potential.
