I am very new to network marketing. I worked for the Federal Govt for 26 years (Warehousing and Human Resources), took an early retirement 10 years ago and went to work as an office manager/bookkeeper for a small family owned business in Colorado. I thought that job would be my last stop until full retirement, but that is not working out for me. I decided to get better control of my life and my time and my financial future. About a month ago I got involved with a reverse margin company which offers a more lucrative profit margin than many MLM's. I was involved with Mary Kay and NuSkin, but I was way too generous with discounts to friends and family. We looked good, but profits were slim.
I started searching for a home based business opportunity. And actually, they found me. I am now involved with online educational products which I feel really good about. The profit margins are phenomenal and financial potential is there if you want it. But I have so much to learn and a short time to get there. How long are women living now? Well, maybe I have time to accomplish my new goals. I am looking forward to the journey, making new friends, learning new skills, sharing the wealth (eventually anyway), and enjoying the fact that I don't have to get dressed to go to the office. My kids already make fun of me when I am on a training call, lying back in my recliner with my eyes closed. I just say, don't you wish you could that at work? This is great and I will do everything I need to do to make this the most successful adventure of my life other than raising my three wonderful children and patiently waiting for those grand children.
