Hi There! How are You today? I hope You're having Your best day EVER!

My name is Justin, just like it says at the top of the page. I'm 34 years old, Married to my best friend Jessica and we have two children. Elizabeth (4) and James (2). I'm a professional Firefighter of 10 years, Landlord, Small Business Owner and Network Marketer.

Network Marketing is why I'm here. A little about me and Network Marketing....

Network Marketing and I first met in 1994. I was 18, and I was 100% posative I was going to be retired by age 20. It wasn't even a question. I did absolutely everything I was told to. *Make a list of F&F, Jump out of the bushes at people at the Mall, Corner poor defensless store clerks, harras people in line at the store....any store, etc. etc.* Went to every local event, and some not so local one's. Bought a ton of stuff I didn't want or need, and had no idea how to sell. I met all the big dogs in my company, asked questions, I think Your starting to get the idea......Never made a dime. I think it was 4 years I stayed in that company, might have been a little shorter or longer, I really don't remember. I've blocked it out. (Kind of like a bad car accident!)

Make a long story short.....

I did that 3 more times in three more companies over the next 12 years, each time with a little less enthusiasm. (I wasn't so quick to refinance something to make a big event.....) But with pretty much the same result. Very little or no money INTO my pocket. Then I decided to give it one last shot in 2006. You see, for those of us that see the big picture, my fellow Networkers, this is the best industry You could ever be a part of. Most of us know why....so I won't go into that here....but there's a HUGE failing that most network marketing companies have, and I certainly fell victim to it, several times over.

People don't get trained with real world skills.

Well, about a year after I started again, and was finding about the same results as my previous ventures, I decided I was going to figure this thing out. I was going to find someone to teach me that actually knew what the heck they were doing. So I went looking, and reading, and looking, and reading. I found a few different things, learned some new stuff, tried a couple different training programs and found what worked for me.

Things have changed!

Now I do alright. I'm not going to try to tell You that I'm some super-star. I still have a regular job, for now. But there's a real end to that in very plain site, and it's not very far away. I don't try to sell to people anymore. I don't even tell people the name of my company anymore untill I know I WANT to work with them. (A little different from the "Just get to sign up!" days.) Now I just share what I've learned. I plug people into a system that trains them. Some people want to know about my company, some don't. Either way is fine with me! I'm here to learn, to share and to network with like-minded people. Nothing more, Nothing less. Hopefully some of what I share will help You, and I know I'll learn from You, because I learn from everyone.....even if You just started 20 minutes ago!
