I am committed to helping rebuild the world economy by helping Small Business to show us the way out of the Recession! My dream is to put people back to work all over the world by introducing new technology that anyone can use to help small businesses THRIVE, not just Survive! My International teams will help accomplish that dream and I expect that we will see major changes quickly if we all join hands in common purpose! If I could only share one thing with you about me it would be that for all of my life, I have been driven by the desire to help others; and it has allowed me to be successful in several ventures. I have purchased over 1000 homes and helped people with their finances, budgeting, credit and have been the happiest when I see people achieve their objectives or get their first home. I get more pleasure in seeing others become successful than I do in my own success, and I believe that if I think about others first, I will always be taken care of. My goal is to be so financially successful that I can spend most of my time helping others. Aside from that I'm proud of my daughter and son that are of college age, and I'm working with them to complete their educations and make sure that they get a good start in life. I love to travel and have been to many beautiful countries and met fascinating people from many different cultures. My dream is to travel the world and be able to conduct my business without being confined to a single location. I love experiencing the history of new places I visit and enjoy meeting people. My passion is sports and the outdoors. Whether I am snorkeling in Hawaii and enjoying the strength of the Pacific Ocean or taking a hike in Costa Rica and watching the Volcano at Mt. Arenal erupt, I am consumed by what nature and the earth have to offer. I'm an avid golfer and love participating in sports activities. In my everyday life, my favorite times are helping others find their way to success through knowledge. The best thing about having my own business is that I have freedom to make the choices I want and the financial freedom to achieve my dreams. No one tells me when to work or what to do, and I realize that there are no excuses, so I am responsible for my own success. It motivates me to get better at what I do every day; and part of that is motivating others in the same way. My long experience in business for myself enables me to have a unique capacity to teach others what works and what to avoid. It is not always easy, but I know there is no better way to reach my goals and achieve my dreams. I have invested and still do invest in educational and motivational training that I can relate to the people who become part of my team. I understand the difficulties in learning anything new, and because I do, I can relate to the people who choose to rely on my experience for their success. For me, it all started when I became concerned with the probable turn coming in the real estate market and began to investigate ways to diversify my efforts so I would thrive no matter what the economy surprised us with. My search was rewarded when I became a member of the "Enlightened Wealth Institute" and learned of several businesses that are on the front edge of new wealth trends. In addition, I looked for a way that the new income I earned would be on a "residual" basis, meaning that the income would continue as long as my customers paid their bills or used my products. My real estate, mortgage, construction and investment experience wasn't enough. I always keep my eyes and ears open; but now, rather than looking for new opportunities, it's for enlightened individuals who dream of success and are looking for the opportunities that I have found. They will be my most important success stories yet to come. Nothing's more satisfying than training someone to have the success I have had!
