Internet marketing, helping the 'little guy' succeed, personal growth and development and having fun while working! Voracious reader of all things non-fiction. Learning is a life long process for me. One of the biggest thrills for me is seeing someone I've helped make it.

Activities:
Building my Web empire, time spent with family and hanging out with my "sweet baboo". Hiking the Bitterroot's of Montana, travel, cooking, especially healthy, gluten and dairy free Mexican and Italian foods, reading and writing. Have taken up therapeutic yoga with Amy Kraft in the past couple of years. She is not a "la la land" person, but is an excellent therapist. I have strength and flexibility I hadn't had in years.
