Karol Jagurinoski

Hi everyone, my name is Karol. At the beginning of 2007 I made some life changing decisions. I was sick of settling for second best- in my relationship, in my finances and in my life in general. When I truly acknowledged this and accepted it the universe brought me wondrous things- including my two leverage businesses.

 I am a mother of three beautiful children~ Steve (14), Natasha (12) and Aleksandar (10). I began my interest in Business at the age of 18, just out of high school, after completing year 12 ~ in 1991, I bought my first business, a Dine in Cafe. While my children were young I tried several JOBS~ a Customer Service Officer in a Health Fund, Telemarketing; but I yearned to be my own boss again, I could not stand anyone telling me what to do and when to do it like a robot, and what I was worth. In 1999 I started my own business again, I sourced and marketed new innovative products to the Australian market place, one of which, was an analogue video phone. My company and product were featured in the Age Newspaper, Home magazines, Harpers Bizarre magazine and many more. We moved to Melbourne in 2001 and after sending my last child off to school I decided to venture into the business world again. This time something new:  - A Cleaning business with my husband. Succeeding and excelling I grew this business to create a T.O of $150,000 P.A ~ but like any S quadrant business we found ourselves working over 100 hours per week, working IN our business instead of ON our business. I needed change, I got bored and was sick of working nights and in 2003 I looked into the Finance field. I became a Mortgage Broker where I ended up at one stage buying a Broking franchise through a South Australian Company. As I absorbed all I could from my MENTORS, I grew stronger developing personally, emotionally and mentally. We trained on personal development every day; I also mastered the art of public speaking and then stepped up to the plate to run the training sessions for new recruits and Seminars for our Clients. I would like to thank the Company (they know who they are and my mentors for all I gained from my experience there).  Working again, long hours- my children were growing up and I was missing out on the moments that money or time can’t replace. Life seemed to flash past like a blink of an eye. My home didn’t feel like home and I forgot who my friends were-, dealing with demanding clients, stress and deadlines  I decided that it was time to sell my franchise and I went and got myself a JOB yet again: and I was back to being J-ust O-ver  B-roke, month after month. I lasted a year and got that itch again. Being trapped in an office 9-5 was not who I was meant to be. I commenced a Jewellery Party Plan Business in April 2007, I felt the joy of being my own boss again- I replaced my income two fold within a month- it is in my nature to excel in everything I do-(it's in all our nature if we surrender to our natural instincts and not the commands and corruption of the Rat race) I left my 9-5 J-O-B and was free, powered and alive again. I started networking and called my dearest friend and Colleague from my Broking days, so I could book her in for a show ~ and that’s when she asked those magic words~ " Karol, I have started a new business and am having a meeting on Monday night, I would really love to share this opportunity with you... I can't tell you too much as I am new, but you really have to see this and I would love for you to come along!!!!?" ~ I agreed to attend. In the meeting I sat and heard the same information like before- they had not reinvented the wheel and had duplicated and grown over the last 2 years-

  I was impressed. But who am I to have been impressed- when they had attracted the attention of no other than - one of the worlds richest men endorsing the Company that had prospered over the last 14years to over half a billion dollars in revenue- while –I~ “Thought about it, yeah!" . Armed with the strength and knowledge of my experiences over the last years, I took the  Agreement Form and while my girlfriend made me coffee my form was signed - sealed and as she handed me my coffee I handed the piece of paper that I knew deep in my heart was the beginning of the, "first day of the best days of my and my families life."  They had done the job, proven to me that they were four honorable, ethical, compassionate, reliable and trustworthy men who had formed this company to change the world for many people like ME~ and YOU, and I knew that I could count on them now and forever if I committed to it. The company was here to STAY! So when they asked me to write down my WHY! - The first thing I wrote down was – WHY on earth didn’t I join 2years ago! I hit the position of ETT in a month and have set the bar for TC by middle 2008. NOT NEGOTIABLE!!!! But flexible, you need to be able to move the goal post if obstacles come by, but keep your eye on the goal. The reason why I do it…and believe Network Marketing will enable us to reach our life dreams….. With a Passion is because my mother lost her left arm in a car accident that I was also in. She had raised my brother, sister and I, with determination, passion, commitment and love. Just before my Sister Gordana Kotevski’s 17th Birthday she was abducted from outside my Aunt’s house. We never found her again. Now 14 years later, my brother is 24 and my mum is 51 and is still working to pay off debts. My why is –I  want to retire  my mother, so she can enjoy life without boundaries and enjoy her grandchildren and I never want my children to Have to work a Job that they are a slave to, I want them to have freedom to do what they are passionate about, and I want to be happy and fulfill my dream of adopting children and opening a Foundation for kids- where I can show children the world and teach them Life skills and Personal development, where they would never had had the chance to get the opportunity to do these things in the type of world we live in now. I also have a passion to open a private resort where families can be taken free of charge…. Who have a family member suffering from a terminal illness and share memorable times together ones that time or money could not replace. This mission and vision came to me when we lost our brother-in-law at the age of 43 from Leukemia 28/12/07…. He left behind 4 young children and his young wife. They never had the chance to spend quality time just sharing the joy of the last weeks of his life together. Hospital visits, radio therapy absorbed most of the time. People often forget that positive spiritual therapy assists in these cases too – so a place like this away from the world, pollution and troubles could even aid in the healing of the sickness’ as well. I have found the perfect location – I am in search of funding and my mastermind of partner’s so I can make my dream a reality.  I want to make a difference, leave a legacy.
