Kat Nesbit

Born in New Orleans, Kat was well versed in the arts of fine living at an early age.  Naturally, while still in high school, she began her career in hospitality.  Kat was involved in the Hospitality Industry for over 25 years with her last five spent consulting exclusive restaurants and trendy nightclubs from San Francisco to New Orleans.  Her knowledge and experience with managing highly complex personality-driven business systems has developed into a keen awareness of the importance of the human capital in all of her endeavors.
Studying Accounting and Finance at the University of Colorado, Kat learned the rules of business and learned that she desired more variety than that career path would offer.  Completing minors in philosophy, political science, and physics developed her versatile thinking and refined her natural ability to read situations and understand the subtle dynamics among team members and behind the scenes.
In the last 10 years, Kat and her business partner created Pangea Properties, Inc., a property management and development company.  Her talents shine when it’s time for property reviews; offering sound advice on tactics and strategies based on the current real estate trends.
Kat was a Master Coach for Choice Performance, Inc. from 2003 until late 2008.  She has coached and mentored clients from fledgling business owners to experienced CEO’s of multi-million dollar companies always bringing insight and objectivity to the fore.  With over five years of practical coaching experience, a myriad of skill sets, talents and desires, Kat brings not only traditional knowledge and training but current, applicable and practical solutions to business owners.
