I am a Finn living in Texas. As a child I dreamed of being a successful international lawyer. And I made it. Got an MBA, too. I thought I had achieved my dreams but found myself investing ridiculous hours working for someone else with little reward and time for my family. So I stopped and asked myself, why am I doing this? I assume a lot of us here at BN have had the same kind of thoughts? I realized that it was not about dreams but goals. My goals were pretty simple: to be fairly compensated and spend more time with my family. I wasted too many years to take action to change my life.
