I LOVE biochemistry, physiology, molecular biology, and developmental biology. Life as we know it is amazing!! I read textbooks for fun. Yes, strange...I like cooking when I have the time and am not totally absorbed in my business. I love Pit Bull Terriers and have rescued many. I love horses which are my life long project and devotion.

Activities:
What don't I like to do? I'm pretty much game for anything once. But I REALLY enjoy rock crawling with my jeeps, camping, horseback riding, swimming, hiking, running, gardening, and training animals. And of course, I love hanging out with my little muffin and my husband!

I am a mom and a wife. Both hard work! I usually don't take no for an answer and like to do everything at once. As I've been told: I never do anything half-ass!! I have a bachelor’s degree from UC Davis in Neurobiology, Physiology, & Behavior. I had the goal of going to veterinary school but they don’t like my grades and I don’t like their price tag. I have joined Better Networker to network with other like-minded individuals. I am tired of the lame, part-time, unfulfilling job I must endure to get the hours that I need to work around my kid's schedule. I WANT TO DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT! So I did. Now I am in business for myself and I love it. My motto: The bigger the challenge the more interesting it is!

Hello Katie: Thanks for accepting my friend request on Better Networker. It is nice to meet you. When I was in college I majored in accounting and finance. I did not know that employers asked for a 3.0 GPA. I was 24 years old when I finished. My GPA was 2.7. Oh well, we will win financially in the end!! Sincerely Lawrence Bergfeld
