Interests:
We have three grown children and four grandchildren (highschool and university ages) healthy living is important to us .... Body, Soul and Spirit. Nourishment and Exercise are the keys to all of these. Balance in all things is helpful. As God's creation we are fearfully and wonderously made! We honour God when we care for ourselves and one another.
Activities:
We enjoy keeping busy helping folks get healthy with the ViSalus 90 day challenge .... visiting friends and family .... I like keeping up my old 1987 Mercedes Benz diesel turbo (I have two of these) and doing small constructions jobs and upkeep around our home.

About Me
I'm in those "golden years" retired from a busy life running a small family based Compter Solutions Provider business for many years. I grew up in a rural life in Lakefield Quebec, Canada and am married to a wonderful farm girl from Vermont USA. We both work from our home now buidling a new chapter in out lives with ViSalus and we are getting healthier every day.
