Hello, Ken here.

I am a long-time marketer online and offline.

I love to help people learn how to move from being an employee to becoming a successful independent business owner.

After a conventional education I did the "corporate thing" and build a career in a large multi-national organization. Along the way I realized the limitations of working as an employee and began to appreciate the time and financial freedom as an entrepreneur and independent business person.

I started by building a Japanese maple tree nursery from scratch and that helped me learn new independent business skills. It also taught me the concept of LEVERAGE. When you are the tree grower, the marketer and the shipper you have no leverage - you are doing it all yourself and you can't grow such a business beyond a certain size.

That's when I learned the awesome POWER of duplication and building a team to grow multiple businesses in network marketing. Since then I've focused my activity on building successful teams using marketing SYSTEMS.

Through trial and error and spending a lot of my own money I learned the hard way that having a business and building a profitable business are different things. I also learned that most people who have been trained as employees don't (yet) know how to build a business. This is why marketing systems are so important and are at the heart of everything I do.
