I think of myself as a open,  honest and  hard worker now,  it wasn't always that way because I once was young and dumb.  I worked in the real world as a Hairdresser for over 30 years, during that time I have tried my hand in modeling (TV commercials) from that I worked as a Co-host of the late show at KOLO Tv in the late 60's. Reno NV. I have worked as a wedding photog for a large California company. My Hairdressing career was the one that made me the most friends, and gave me great opportunities., Universal Studios asked me twice to come to work for them, I wasn't able to do so at the time because my head was not on so straight.  I was good at my craft I had a large client list  of entertainers, which lead to a lot of partying and eventually a pregnancy that made me take a look at my life.  I loved my baby girl. she met the world to me. I moved away from the influence and raised my daughter alone til she was 9 years old when I  married, eventually giving birth to two more children. All three are grown with children of there own now, which leaves time for what I want to do in between watching my grandchildren of course..  I have always strived to be in business for my self, but yet would still try other opportunities when a opportunity would  manifest itself.  I've owned 6 hair salons over my 39 year work span, always did real well. Had as much as 15  employee's in some and others  only had 5 employee's. The downside to my personality is I get bored  on to much repetition so in 1998 I changed carreers again.  I went back into television.  I was offered to co-host a travel show called "Tourist Time" I had a lot of fun and a lot of gratuities. Than I was asked to be a television reporter, Having never done that or the education to back  it,  I was unsure whether I could do it ,but my producer paid for my training and I went for it. To my amazement if it weren't for a heart attach in 2002 ,I would still be working at that because that was my niche.  I still help them out but I cannot work at it anymore because it is to stressful.  Now I play on the internet amd believe me I  have learned allot , got taken allot but only in the beginning, I got smart and started reconizing the real programs from the copy cats.    I am enjoying my life now that I have more time. I love any kind of racing and travel to where ever my son-in-law is racing  My son-in-law (Shawn)  is a proffessional sidecar racer and now my daughter (Missy) is joining in with him to race.  I like to watch the races, but being mom always comes first it doesn't matter that they are adults  I still worry.  Here is a you tube video of the crash with my son-in-law and His uncle Scotty..  Unfortunately they were both  injured but will have a complete recovery. The first week we were not sure what was going to be the outcome. With a positive desire to live the recovery kicked into full speed ahead and they didn't look back. Scotty will be out of the racing industry for about a year to recover but as soon as he is able he is going back on the track.  My daughter and her husband Shawn are taking it together on the track. Next year they start thier tour around the US .

I enjoy racing always have. Now that I work on line I work when I want to,  NOT because I have to.
