Hi My name is Kirk Roth, I am a retired electrician thanks to Network Marketing and the company I now keep.             Let me tell you a little bit about myself.
I started working in Network Marketing in 1995 and have been involved with several MLM companies since then.

These companies all used the warm market prospect approach. Make a list and contact your friends and family to help build your business. I soon found that I was in the NFL (No Friends Left) catagory.

The first company I was with had a local up line leader. However the training of what to say and what to do was not there. The Internet was not used for prospecting like it is today.

With the second company, I was recruited over the Internet and did not have any up line support. With no support this led to more failure and frustration.

The last company I was with was more like a cult than a company. It sucked the money out of your bank account and it was nearly impossible to make enough money to pay for the expenses. The expenses included a voicemail box, a website, books, cd's, & monthly seminars. All of these totaled about $300.00 per month. I later found out that these were companies that were owned by one of the up line leaders and he was using me for affiliate marketing. This was not part of the MLM company

On top of this, I was expected to buy $300.00 or more worth of products from the MLM Company.

I started to really think about what I was doing and where I was headed with network marketing when I met a couple who told me about "Mentoring For Free" and a ebook called "Success in 10 Steps". This eBook changed my life and explained what is really going on in the network marketing industry.
