Hello, my love for my hobbie became the lust for my career.  I started out as a Multi-Sports Coach and Disability Consultant genuinly making a difference in peoples asperations and motivation towards a Healthier lifestyle or so I believed.  There was always only so much I could achieve physically for them and although very rewarding I found that they/I would reach a platue. Until now!!!!

I now have the knowledge and experience, the products and the training tools to inspire the life changing transformations which enable THEM to achieve for themselves.  By showinging them easy and affordable ways to take charge and control of their Diet and Nutrition thus  increasing their vitality and wellness.  Not only can I assist in Health matters but also help them earn extra income  - taking the worry out of day to day living and showing that by helping others you truely help yourself.
