Hey, all. Hope you are doing well. I wanted to let you know about a new adventure that I've undertaken in the fitness industry. Lately, I've been thinking about how I can become more involved in fitness and expand my career within the industry. As a result, I have become an Independent Team Beachbody Coach. You may not be familiar with Beachbody but you may have heard of some of our world class fitness programs: P90X, Insanity, Turbo Jam, Yoga Booty Ballet, Hip Hop Abs etc... You've most likely seen the infomercials for at least one of these programs on TV.

As a coach, I work with individuals on setting and achieving their health and fitness goals by using my experience in the industry along with the cutting edge tools and resources available through Beachbody.
