Injuries and pain led me down this path and it has changed my life forever...I am grateful.

Born in Vancouver, Canada and raised in San Jose, California, I am a Californian at heart. I did go back up to Canada in the 90's to take my massage therapy training, but when I was done, it wasn't long before I made my way back to this glorious state.

I am a graduate of the Registered Massage Therapy program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Vancouver, Canada. The program is 3,000 hours of intensive curriculum over 3 years and includes subjects such as Anatomy & Physiology, Musculoskeletal Anatomy & Kinesiology, Neurology, Orthopedics and Pathology, to name a few.

My practice focuses on my client's needs from an orthopedic standpoint. Assessments allow me to customize my treatment sessions to alleviate pain and dysfunction from injury, whether acute or chronic. My preferred techniques are Muscle Energy Technique, Myofascial Release and the Hendrickson Method.

I am very passionate about my work and feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to meet and work with so many wonderful people every day.
