Kyle Vonder Hulls

Hello.

My name is Kyle Vonder Hulls. I am the founder and President for KV Management.

KV Management is a $70 million dollar plus, business services firm that provides short term capital loans to small and mid-size retail and service companies throughout the US and we also provide consulting services that help merchants of all sizes reduce operating costs by lowering the fees that they pay for excepting electronic payments without having to change processors.

When I started KV Management it was a one man operation out of a one bedroom apartment. In just two years I have grown this company to have annual sales exceeding $70 million dollars with over 500 independent sales agents and offices throughout the US. In 2010, we anticipate sales to reach $150 million dollars.

While KV Management is not a “MLM” company, we do have a hierarchy and allow our independent home based sales agents to build teams and earn overrides. Many of the techniques I learned from reading Mike Dillards products have helped me build my company to have over 500 sales agents throughout the US. Every large sales organization is in essence a “MLM” company and the same techniques are used to grow MLM companies or more traditional sales organizations.

We have developed a program and a commission plan that allows our sales agents to earn high six figure incomes. Our products are strong enough to stand alone and our agents have the ability to realistically earn a high six figure income without ever recruiting other agents. If an agent chooses to develop a sales team, with a few solid producers they could earn $1,000’s every month in override commissions.

I am joining this community to help other gain the kind of success that I have and to learn new and innovated techniques that I can pass on to my team.

While I do not have “MLM” experience, I do have a lot of valuable information that can be applied to any business.
