Hi I am 32 years old and have always loved health and fitness. I was laid off of my full-time job as a supervisor in a call center about 2 years ago. Since then I finished my BS in Psychology and have decided to pursue my dreams of helping others achieve health and fitness. I am a certified Turbokick instructor and a Beachbody Coach.
