We partner with other existng Brokers to obtain the best pricing for our Clients. Active States include: MI,OH,PA,Il,KY,FL,CA,TX,NY,NJ,MA,MD,CT I have been working with Consumer Choice Marketing Energy for 7 months but the first 3 were part time. I have bween successsful closing large accounts like airport, Commercial Complexes and Nursing Homes but you need 100 of these to make a real good Income. Recently I stopped for the time being contacting Commercial customers. I do realize it is important to obtain Brokers to multiply your downline. I have one Broker who is an Engineer and has connections with Schools. Another one will join in a month and also has connections with Schools. I really need to make an Income because my Medical Equipment Resale Business crashed 3 1/2 yrs ago and I have not been able to find good employment since. I lost my Condo and everything else, except my car. My family is living in my Inlaws house and ironically both of them have been in an Assisted Living Facility for the past year. However their house is not in a good area of Deroit and we need to get out of here ASAP. My car was broken into twice and the Air Bags were ripped out totally 7K damage. Fortunately Insurance covered it and the dealer waived my deductable. I am determined to crack the Nework Marketing MLM Code to get more leads. Recently I signed up on Face Book,LinkedIn,Twitter and Squidoo but have not recieved any reponse except 3 from betternetworker. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Every Broker begins at square one, with an equal opportunity for advancement. The financial rewards you receive as a Broker are solely based upon your performance. In other words your efforts and enthusiasm determines your level of achievement in your business. The following information describes in detail how the Consumer Choice Marketing Plan compensates Independent Brokers. Brokers are encouraged to study this compensation thoroughly so you will be able to understand and explain it to your team. There are Six (6) Ways you Earn Income as a Broker in CCM: 1. FAST START BONUSES The Fast Start Bonus of $100 is generated when you personally sell an Online Utility Store and the store acquires three (3) customer points. For example, if a Broker personally sells five (5) Online Utility Stores and all five are customer qualified, that broker will earn Fast Start Bonuses of $500 total. All Fast Start Bonuses are paid weekly. FSB Example (assuming a calendar month of April 2009): Mary signs up four (4) new Brokers on April the 6th, 7th, 8th, and 10th 2009. Since three (3) of the signups were before the cutoff of Thursday the 9th (midnight), they will all be on the following commission run paid out on April the 17th 2009. The signup on the 10th would have missed the commission run for April the 17th 2009 and therefore would be paid out on the following commission run April 24th 2009. 2. RETAIL SALE (PRODUCTS) FROM YOUR ONLINE UTILITY STORE (O.U.S.) The potential of your CCM business is incredible. Your CCM business is based on customer acquisition though your Online Utility Store. Retail Sales of the CCM products and services build the foundation of your business and fuel the potential of the Match Marketing. You are qualified and compensated on your Retail Sales when sending potential prospects to your Online Utility Store and sign up for a service or product. All sales through your O.U.S. are paid a onetime bonus or as a residual income. Retail Sales are paid on the second Friday of every month. Retail products include: Natural Gas, Electricity, VoIP, Internet Service, Satellite TV, Local & Long Distance, Identity Theft, Bundles, Home Security, Cell Phones, etc. Please refer to the timeline of enrolling Natural Gas and Electric customers for more accurate payout timelines. Customer Residual Commission (C.R.C) Product Monthly Residual Residential Natural Gas $1.00 per month Commercial Natural Gas $0.06 per MCF Commercial Electricity $0.001 per KWH Commercial Telecom 2.5% of monthly billing *Wireless (Lightyear) 5% of monthly billing Identity Theft $1.00 per month Customer Acquisition Bonus (C.A.B.) Product One-time Bounty Satellite TV $40 Home Alarm $40 Internet Service $20 VoIP Calling $30 Wireless (CCM Wireless) $30 * Starting December 21, 2009 Examples: C.R.C.- Commercial natural gas customer uses 5,000 mcf annually. Your commission will be 5,000 x $0.06 = $300.00 a year based off monthly actual usage. Commercial Electricity customer uses 500,000 kwh annually - 500,000 x $0.001 = $500 a year commission. This is also “Match” commissionable up to 50%. C.A.B. – Someone signs up for Satellite TV through your Online Utility Store. You’ll receive a one-time $40.00 bounty commission (non-recurring). 3. C-TEAM BONUS The C-Team Bonus is achieved by becoming a qualified (3 customer points and active O.U.S.) Independent Broker (IB) and selling two (2) O.U.S. that also become customer qualified (3 customer points each) . This is a One-Time $100 Bonus if completed within 45 days of your start date. The One-Time Bonus is triggered only from the first two (2) O.U.S. in your IB code. The C-Team Bonus is included in the Choice Match Commission. Every C-Team developed in your MB, RD, ED, and ND code you will receive a 10%-50% Match. C-Team Qualifications: Condition 1 – have met Active status in the current monthly commission period. Condition 2 – have a minimum of three (3) customers in your Independent Broker (IB) Code. Condition 3 – have your first two (2) IBs become customer qualified and active in 45 days or less of your activation date. 4. BROKER RETENTION BONUS Another powerful income for the Brokers is the Broker Retention Bonus. The $39.95 monthly licensing fee is paid out in seven levels. All personally enrolled brokers will earn you a monthly recurring commission of $5, and any broker they enroll will earn $2 towards your Broker Retention Bonus commission (which is your second level). You will earn a $1 commission for every active O.U.S. on your 3rd through 6th level. Your seventh level pays a $2 commission. Qualifications: you must be customer qualified in your promotion level to receive the Broker Retention Bonus Commission. 5. CHOICE MATCH The “Choice Match” compensation plan will pay you 10% to 50% on personally sponsored “Independent Brokers” and the earned difference in the “Fast Start”, “C-Team Bonus”, “Broker Retention Bonus” and products sold throughout your Team. Our products are the top in the industry and consist of: natural gas, Electricity, Internet service, phone service, VOIP, satellite TV and cellular service. All of these products pay a residual income for the life of the customer. Products are paid out monthly through the “Choice Match”. Product commissions are paid directly to the “Independent Broker” that made the sale and a “Choice Match” bonus is paid to the up line based on promotion levels attained. * Managing Broker qualifications are as follows: Condition 1 – have met Active status in the current monthly commission period. Condition 2 – have a minimum of 2 personally sponsored income centers that have met Qualified status. Condition 3 – have at least 5 personally sponsored customers that have purchased a product (any product) during the current monthly commission period. * Independent Broker qualifications are as follows: Condition 2 – have a minimum of 2 personally sponsored income centers that have met Qualified status. Condition 3 – have at least 3 personally sponsored customers that have purchased a product. © 2010 Consumer Choice Marketing – All Rights Reserved 6 * Executive Director qualifications are as follows: Condition 1 – have met Active status in the current monthly commission period. Condition 2 – have a minimum of 100 income centers within one’s Regional Director Code. Condition 3 – have a minimum of 2 income centers within one’s Regional Director legs that have achieved the rank of Regional Director or higher in the current monthly commission period. Condition 4 – have at least 15 personally sponsored customers that have purchased a product (any product) during the current monthly commission period. * Regional Director qualifications are as follows: Condition 1 – have met Active status in the current monthly commission period. Condition 2 – have a minimum of 12 income centers anywhere in the Downline that have met Qualified status. Condition 3 – have personally sponsored 2 income centers into one’s own Managing Broker Code. Condition 4 – have at least 10 personally sponsored customers that have purchased a product (any product) during the current monthly commission period. * National Director qualifications are as follows: Condition 1 – have met Active status in the current monthly commission period. Condition 2 – have a minimum of 2 Downline income centers (do not need to be personally sponsored) achieve the rank of Executive Director or higher in the current monthly commission period. Condition 3 – have at least 20 personally sponsored customers that have purchased a product (any product) during the current monthly commission period. Condition 4 – have a minimum of 500 income centers within one’s Executive Director Legs; each of the 500 must have met Qualified status in the current monthly commission period. Note: only customers purchasing from one’s own replicating website are counted as its customers; customers purchasing through other’s replicating websites belong to the individual through whom they purchased. WHAT IS THE CHOICE MATCH? The 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, and 50% Match is calculated by multiplying the commissions earned by your personally sponsored Brokers and their teams by 10% - 50% (based on qualifications met). If one of your personally sponsored Brokers earns $1,000, another earns $2,000, and a third earns $5,000 in commissions ($8,000 total) in one of the codes listed above, and you have a 10% - 50% match on them, then your 10% - 50% Match would be $800 to $4,000. The Match includes Fast Start Bonus, Broker Retention Bonus Commissions, C-Team Bonuses and all Residual/Product Commissions. 6. TEAM BONUS For every five (5) CT Bonuses generated in an RD (Regional Team Bonus), ED (Executive Team Bonus) or ND (National Team Bonus) code, a total of $600 will be paid out as follows: RD = $300, ED = $200 and ND = $100. There are no limits on this bonus. For example, you are a ND who has a broker in your ED code. The ED has a broker in his RD code who has five (5) people that have earned the CT Bonus. The payout is as follows: The RD will receive $300. The ED will receive $200. The ND will receive $100. PROMOTION LEVELS IB - INDEPENDENT BROKER When you have purchased an Online Utility Store and qualified it with 3 customer points you will start earning personal commissions (as long as your O.U.S. is active) on product sold in your store and a 10% matching bonus on your first and second Independent Brokers that you personally sponsor into your business. EXAMPLE: You will earn a 10% Choice Match on all business done through your frontline personally sponsored Online Utility Stores, for Fast Start, C-Team Bonus, Broker Retention Bonus and Choice Product. MB - MANAGING BROKER To become a Managing Broker (MB) you need to be active, personally sold two (2) O.U.S. in your IB code and have a total of 5 combined personal customer points. The next O.U.S. you sell opens your MB code. EXAMPLE: In your MB code you will earn a 20% matching bonus on your personally sponsored IBs for their Fast Start, C-Team Bonus, Broker Retention Bonus and Choice Product. You will earn a 10% matching bonus on all of their IB code for Fast Start, C-Team Bonus, Broker Retention Bonus and Choice Product down to an unlimited depth. RD - REGIONAL DIRECTOR To become a Regional Director (RD) you need to be active, and have a total a total of 10 combined personal customer points and a total of 12 customer qualified/active Independent Brokers in your IB and MB codes, a minimum of 4 of which must be personally sponsored. EXAMPLE: In your RD code you will earn a 30% matching bonus on your personally sponsored IBs for their Fast Start, C-Team Bonus, Broker Retention Bonus and Choice Product. You will earn a 20% matching bonus on all of their IB code and a 10% matching bonus on your MB code, within your organization for Fast Start, CTeam Bonus, Broker Retention Bonus and Choice Product down to an unlimited depth. ED - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR To become an Executive Director (ED) you need a total of 15 combined personal customer points in your IB, MB, and RD codes and a total of 100 customer qualified/active Independent Brokers in your RD code, with a minimum of 2 additional IBs, which must be personally sponsored. EXAMPLE: In your ED code you will earn a 40% matching bonus on your personally sponsored IBs for their Fast Start, C-Team Bonus, Broker Retention Bonus and Choice Product. You will earn a 30% matching bonus on their IB code, a 20% matching bonus on your MB code and a 10% matching bonus on your RD code, within your organization for Fast Start, C-Team Bonus, Broker Retention Bonus and Choice Product down to an unlimited depth. ND - NATIONAL DIRECTOR To become a National Director (ND) you need a total of 20 combined personal customer points in your IB, MB, RD and ED codes and 2 active Executive Directors with a total of 500 Independent/active Brokers each in their ED codes. EXAMPLE: In your ND code you will earn a 50% matching bonus on your personally sponsored IBs for their Fast Start, C-Team Bonus, Broker Retention Bonus and Choice Product. You will earn a 40% matching bonus on their IB code, a 30% matching bonus on your MB code, a 20% matching bonus on your RD code, and a 10% matching bonus on your ED code within your organization for Fast Start, CTeam Bonus, Broker Retention Bonus and Choice Product down to an unlimited depth. Our premier products; natural gas & electricity, are available through our Online Utility Stores to be sold to residences as well as commercial, industrial and manufacturers. You will be paid residually 6 cents per MCF for commercial and one dollar per month for residential for as long as they are your customer. FAQs Q: Will I get credit if a customer orders by Phone and over the internet? A: Not always. We recommend that all orders must be completed through your Online Utility Store - which will follow with your Broker ID partner code. Phone orders will be processed for the C.A.P Natural Gas and Electricity accounts along with Satellite TV, and Cell Phones include in your phone order, a reference code so you get credit for all payment options your customer decides to use. Q: How do I check the number of sales I made, and who is on my team? A: You will go to www.teamccm.com and login with your username and password. Once you log in you will check on the word stats and it will show you how many sales you have. You can also view your genealogy, downline, and upline of members in your team. Q: What Countries are you currently in? A: We are currently only available to US residents. In the near future we'll be moving into the United Kingdom, and Canada. Q: Who can own their own business with Consumer Choice? A: Anyone over 18 years of age is welcome to start their own business with Consumer Choice Marketing.
