Hi I'm Leida.I am a mother, grandmom, and daughter.
After working for years and having my own business and being independent for so long, accepting defeat is not an option for me. 3 almost 4 years later I have been working on the following:
1. My mindset - not accepting defeat
2. My body - learning how to manage my pain with exercise and nutrition
3. My profession - becoming as knowledgeable as I can to be able to offer the most value
4. My business - spreading the word that I am "back in business!"
There are many times when we have to be our own inspiration and look past our circumstances because there is always someone else whose issues are far greater than ours. My main mission is to help as many people as I can to get up and start all over again. No matter what it looks like. If you are already started then I'll help you to take it up a notch.
