In my mind a truly balanced life requires Financial, Physical, and Spiritual (doesn't have to mean Religion) health. Unfortunately nowadays, many people have concerns about their jobs, finances and their health and that is impacting everything in their lives.
I have made some minor changes in my nutrition and the impact is already clear. I am sharing my experience on that and I help and support people to create a supplemental stream of income on either a part-, or full-time basis.
