Hi my name is Leo Zuniga and thank you for viewing my page. A little about myself: I'm from a small town called Deming, NM. I was brought up by my two wonderful parents! They are my heroes and my mentors and I owe all of my success to them. From day one, they have raised me to have the mindset of an entrepreneur. I can't thank them enough for that. The mindset that they taught me is what has brought success in my life at a very young age. I have now decided to share the same mindset with whomever I come in contact with. This knowledge/education is not taught in college or high school. It is only acquired by having an open mind with the willingness to take a risk and seek your dreams with all your heart!

So here is my story: I graduated from ASU at the age of 22 and I immediately hit the job market. I was very excited to make the big bucks having my degree and all. After interviewing with several firms I was slapped with a rude awakening that no one was going to pay me what I felt I was worth. The best offer I had was $38k!! LOL!! This might have been ok for an average individual but not me! I wanted to be VERY VERY SUCCESSFUL and QUICK!!

So my parents advised me to enter a commission only position as a mortgage broker (they knew that this would be a true test as to whether or not I would later become a business owner). The commission only part scared me because all this time I was accustomed to trading my time for a paycheck. I have to admit, at first I was lost and also broke!! It wasn't until I grabbed the bull by the horns and committed myself to learning the business and making it but not only making it - I was committed to destroying the competition!!

If we ever meet you'll find out how much of a determined person I really am. So that is exactly what I did, my first year I cleared a 6 figure income by a landslide at the age of 22! I drove the business as hard as I could and 2yrs later I opened my own successful mortage brokerage. I was fortunate enough to turn my company to a multi-million dollar company within the first year!! I still own and operate this business to the present day. That is not why I am here though. I'm here to share with you that after I cleared a 7 figure income that I wanted to do it again, but how?? Good question? As a business owner, you find yourself looking for other streams of income 24/7. Naturally I was looking and I found another form of business that has also been a success for me. And yes folks, it is network marketing. I know I know, those pyramid things don't work-their all scams-you'll lose your money. I've heard them all and let me tell you the two reasons why network marketing has a dark cloud looming over it. It's because people have tried it before and it didn't work out for them. GUESS WHAT?? PEOPLE ARE LAZY!! If they do not become wealthy within 6mo they see it as a rip off or a scam and that it actually requires work-so they quit!(not a business mentality) The other reason is that others know someone who has tried network marketing and they didn't see immediate success, so they quit!!(complainers & whiners) I want to share with you a program that has proven success where you can do the same as me or even more, but you've got to be serious and you also have to have the HEART! That's all I ask. In this business it takes MOVERS and SHAKERS who have thick skin-those are the ones that succeed!! Are you one of them??
