Linda Husser

I was born in Queens, New York. I am the second born out of six children. My family moved out to southern california when I was fourteen. At 21, I was living in Ipswich, England for 2 years with the United States Air Force. That was awesome! I was able to travel to many countries in Europe and will forever be grateful for the experience. When I left the service, I decided that I had had enough of the regimented lifestyle and decided to go to beauty school.I had a natural gift for hair styling and figured I would do well in that field.I also discovered that I really wasn't a worker bee. I wanted more out of life than the 9 to 5, work for 30 to 40 years and retire blueprint. I also had a passion for acting and needed a career that would give me the flexibility to pursue that as well. Time flies! I have been a licensed cosmetologist for 20 years now! I am also a member of the Screen Actors Guild. So even though I haven't received any Academy Awards, it can still happen!

My new year's resolution for 2010 was to work smarter and not harder. Twenty years behind the chair breathing hairspray,flatironing,shampooing and blowdrying can take it's toll on the body.I needed to be thinking about my future. I am not a geezer but I can't see doing hair until I am 65. While I had no specific idea as to what my secondary source of income was going to be, I knew that I needed one. I am not a professional network marketer by any means but I am glad that I discovered it! I can see light at the end of the tunnel!
