I currently work with an organisation specialising in learning and development of its staff. I also oversee the engagement level of the staff, take care of the welfare and well-being, making sure that they are happy and motivated at work. Ironically, however, I am beginning to lose the motivation to motivate others. I desire for a better quality of life, to make a considerable amount of money, so that I have more time for my family and myself - I want to be financially free.
