Hi, Jeff Harford here. Alittle about me!

CW4 Jeff Harford is a native of Belfast, Maine. In the spring of 1970, then PVT Harford enlisted into the army. In 1978, at the grade of Staff Sergeant, Harford began Warrant Officer Flight Training and after 44 weeks was appointed to the grade of Warrant Office One (WO1). The following day WO1 Harford received his Army Aviator Badge. During his military service he has held more positions then he can count. Most rewarding and memorable are best left untold. Maybe someday as one of his grandchildren ask him, he may relax and remember the good old days. CW4 Harford has completed two tours in Germany, six state side tours, and three tours in South East Asia (Operation Desert Storm/Desert Shield, OIF 07-08, and OIF 05-06 as a civilian). CW4 Harford’s military awards include the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal (2nd award), the Airman Medal (5th award), the Army Commendation Medal (4th award), the Army Achievement Medal (9th award), the Army Good Conduct Medal, the National Defense Service Medal (3rd award), the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, the Southwest Asia Service Medal, (3 bronze stars), the Non-commission Officers Ribbon, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Ribbon, (3rd award), the Kuwait Liberation Medal (K), the Kuwait Liberation Medal (SA), the Iraq Campaign Medal, and the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary and Service Medals. Also: Master Army Aviator Badge, Parachutist Badge, and Ranger Tab.Also: Valorous Unit Award and Army Superior Unit Award Currently: I am serving my last deployment in Iraq.
