I'm 37 or 38 - forget which.  I've been marketing online full-time for about 3 years.  Before that I had a woodworking business building custom furniture.  I also build classical guitars.  I play ok too.

At some point a few years ago I figured out I didn't want to be doing the lifting and choking on sawdust I was doing at the time... not for the rest of my life.  I examined my business model and found that while it was fun to do the work, the machinery tied me down geographically and the business offered little opportunity to leverage my skills beyond a certain point.

So I came to network marketing online with business experience, experience working with clients, doing marketing activity and all the stuff it takes to run a real business.  I knew I was in for doing real work to succeed. 

Nevertheless I bought the carrot-on-a-stick of hope that it would be easier than it really is.  But I stuck with it and honed my skills and now I'm an expert at many areas of marketing that really matter.

I design custom marketing systems, write hard-hitting copy, understand video stuff really well, know enough Webmastering stuff to be efficient at it.  When working with me clients get the benefit of having somebody on their side who has specific answers to the major questions that come up.

Mainly - how to use the online media and technology to cut through the clutter and confusion prospects experience that prevent them from taking action and becoming customers.

I'm on a tangent - but it has a purpose because my whole adult life has been about acquiring and applying skills and knowledge.  I am a creator and an instigator of change. 

I write several thousand words a day.  I work on video stuff a lot.  I test and tweak marketing stuff to get optimal response. I'm good at this stuff.

It didn't come all at once, you know.  It came one day at a time.
