Laura Viher

My name is Laura and I have just started my business in Arbonne.... I was looking for  home business for quite a while and being an esthetician... when this one came up I thought it was perfect...I have been doing it for a month and have already moved up to District Manager.  However I know my number 1 thing I need to do is find other people who will do the same as me.. but I always feel like I have to really sell it to them and get them to understand why they should join my dream team.. I find this the hardest thing to do because I always think they feel like saying... shut up I don't care...I'm never going to join this business..  I think it would be easier down the road when I am successful because then I can use my success as an example for them... instead of someone elses.  But in order to be successful I need to get people on board! So this is ultimately my hardest challenge.  But like I said I've only been in this for a month... and I have a lot of learning to do!
