About Me

I spent most of my growing up years in Arizona, I have a passion for health and wealth and have spent many years learning about how to have a sense of well being and greater stamina. Many years I was in a state of dis-ease, not having the physical strength to be the mom that I wanted to be. Being tired all of the time, constipation to the point of total shut down, candida, brain fog, depression, hypoglycemia, back pain, and loosing muscle mass and looking ill and gray skinned. I felt I was too young to experience these things and I began a search and "DO" that changed my life. I no longer suffer these symtoms. I look younger, healthier, and have greater stamina than I had 20 + years ago. I always love sharing the things that brought me to a healhier and wealthier state of be-ing. I live in Colorado now, enjoying grandchildren and enjoying learning and sharing.
