My business...

I spend most of my work time as a Consultant with Wealth Masters International. I am very happy with this business, which I started in March 2007. I wasn't looking for a new opportunity at the time but I was so impressed by the products and compensation plan that I joined with a great sponsor.

The fact that Mike Dillard was a Consultant with the company and was, in fact, my sponsor's sponsor, was an influential factor in my decision. I didn't realize it at the time but the Coffee House Letter, which was my introduction to the business, was written by Mike.

To let Spirit guide me. In traditional religious terms: Listen to the still small voice within and do God's will, not mine.

Who I am and what I do...

I graduated from La Jolla High School in San Diego in 1978. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Psychology, Phi Betta Kappa, from the University of Maryland. I earned a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) degree from Baylor University in 1990, after completing a Harvard Medical School Fellowship.

I have worked as a Clinical & Forensic Psychologist since 1991. I was a substance abuse counselor from 1981-1986 (during college) and continue to specialize in helping people overcome alcohol and other drug problems. I love psychology but I also realized there is a ceiling on how much money one can earn as a professional. Unless you build a mega-practice or write a best-selling book, it's hard to build equity (residual income) when you bill for your time.

Don't get me wrong: I am grateful for the gifts I have received from God, my parents, and my country--not everyone is able to pursue their educational and professional dreams as I have. I simply want to build residual income and Network Marketing is the way I have chosen to do it.

I began learning about Internet and Affiliate Marketing by reading Dr. Ken Evoy's Make Your Site Sell! E-Book. I was hooked! I remain a successful SiteSell affiliate, have a couple of SiteBuildIt sites, and continue to have tremendous respect for Dr. Evoy's business brilliance and personal integrity.

I have been an Independent Associate (distributor) for USANA Health Sciences since 2004. Since I began working as an independent Consultant with Wealth Masters International, I have limited my USANA business to customers only. I take USANA nutritional supplements every day and have a protein/fiber shake for every breakfast (which are delicious, unlike many other shakes I've tried!) and know I'm much healthier as a result.

My home and family, pets and pleasures...

I am a divorced father of three incredible children, ranging in age from 7 to 13. They live with their Mom 5 minutes from me; I get along well with my ex-wife, who is a superb mother.

I enjoy hiking and camping; learning about almost everything--I love the Teaching Company courses; participating in my men's group (The ManKind Project); art, reading, playing chess; traveling, although I want to do that a lot more than I have to date.

My Vision...

1) To retire comfortably and be the kind of grandfather kids like to visit.

2) Have fun making money while helping others achieve their dreams.

3) Travel to Central & South America, Europe, China, and few other places :o)

4) To do my part to protect the right of each human to live free of oppression, prejudice, and unlawful confinement.
