Eric Waite

For the past 35 years I have worked as a Real Estate Broker in San Diego owning and managing up to six offices with 200 + agents. My company focus was on residential  and income producing properties, limited partnerships and land for development. Through that experence I was able to interact with hundreds of new licensees and veterans of the business. Training was my daily activity and I became very good at it. I learned  my skills from college seminars, training classes, other Brokers, clients and hardknocks. People skills are essential for leadership and marketing is the key to successful business. Prior to working I was with the 101st Airborne Division of the Army where I spent 2 years in Europe again training people.

I am just starting in Direct Marketing and look forward to meeting new friends.
