Mark Saunders

I am a personal fitness trainer and network marketer. I contribute most of my personal training success to adhering to what I call the 5 elements of physical progress.

They are as follows:  proper training, proper nutrition, recovery, supplementation and mental focus.  There are a few basic principles that abide within these elements that I not only incorporates in my own routine, but also teach to others.

I have been into health and fitness since I was fourteen years old.  At the age of nineteen I joined the United States Air Force (USAF) and served as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).  My enlistment was for four years.  It included a six-month tour in Operation Desert Storm.

I am a former professional athlete with the NGA (National Gym Association), and has been a Tucson personal fitness trainer since 1994, helping people daily, reach their goals.

I have written a nutrition book that is responsible for helping many people and I am building a team of trainers to help more people in Tucson build dynamic bodies through proper nutrition and exercise.

I have built a personal training website (www.thetucsonpersonaltrainer.com) that ranks #2 organically on Google in my local city for Tucson Personal Trainers using search engine optimization. As great as being a personal trainer is, I realize I have been trading time for money and now building a network marketing business. I am very passionate about the company I am involved in. The product is very marketable and company culture is amazing.

I am a kind and fun loving person. I am always looking forward to meeting and making new friends. I love traveling the world and experiencing new things and places.

I'm looking forward to helping anyone who needs it. I know a lot of Network Marketers are out there struggling because simple they don't know how to Market Online, so I am here to give them the help they need to succeed.
