I worked in the legal field for the past 14 years and was laid off last year. Being laid off without warning was a reminder that there is no job security in corporate America and I decided that I wanted to be the only person in the future who could fire me. In my spare time, I enjoy yoga, am an avid reader and spending time with my husband. I am one of the few females on the parking team at my church.
