Hello! My name is Mary Thayer and Welcome to my profile. My many identities include wife, mother of three beautiful daughters,  Entrepreneur, and RN.

First I have to talk about the most amazing little girls in my life. My three daughters ages 6 and under keep me running. They are amazing and they add that special magic to life that only children can. Often times I learn very important marketing lessons from them. If anything they are genius on Persistence. They do not know of the concept of giving up. If you seem to struggle in this area have a baby and you will learn very quickly the art and science of persistence!

After high school I had very specific plans and goals for my life. I made a plan and followed it to a T. I was a registered nurse by the age of 20! (I could give patients any kind of narcotic but I could  not legally enjoy a drink myself!) At the end of my plan I got married to an amazing guy and we started a family. This was everything I had planned for but it did not seem to make the picture book ending I thought it would. The reason I became a nurse was because I was passionate about health and wellness. After working for awhile I realized I was stuck in a sickness occupation. I did not like it one bit. I also did not like the thought of working for the rest of my life for only yearly cost of living raises.

That is when I turned to MLM. Really it does not take a rocket scientist to see the gold in the plan. But it does take a special know how to get the job done! My first MLM really left a bad taste in my mouth. Of course I hit the road running and did everything my upline leader told me to do. We were "showing the plan" to everyone (I even showed it to my high school home ec teacher, I can still remember the look she had like "are you really talking to me about this?") With some success budding but way more frustration the company went belly up.

Then came the intenet portion of my story. I was comitted to using the internet to grow my business. The only issue with that is I did not have a metor to follow so I bumbled around the web for about a year learning tons of new concepts and spending lots of cash. That is when I found magnetic sponsoring. Finally I found a resouce that put all my knowledge together and really took my marketing to the next level!

It is true that techinical know how helps in MLM and internet marketing but let me give you a little insider tip. If you do not have the mental capacity to think big or as Napoleon Hill puts it Think and Grow Rich you need to work on that relentlessly. It is essential to success and you will not go anywhere until you have your mind set!
